Your coverages
Is it usually covered?
The first consultations are usually considered outpatient costs. Once you are in treatment, many costs come under your plan’s cancer treatment benefits.
Integrated Shield plans cover outpatient cancer drug treatment based on a list of treatments approved by MOH, up to your plan’s limits. Some plans and riders go further. We check yours.
Cancer surgery and radiotherapy are often claimable under an Integrated Shield plan when they are medically necessary. Always subject to your insurer’s approval.
