What Medical GPS is

Medical GPS coordinates access to private specialist care in Singapore. We help you find an appropriate specialist, understand the likely cost, prepare what you need, and get an appointment. That is a coordination service.

What Medical GPS is not

• We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site, and nothing we say to you, is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Clinical decisions are made by you and your doctor.
• We are not an insurance broker or a financial adviser. Nothing here is financial advice, and we do not sell insurance.
• We are not an emergency service. If your situation is urgent, call 995 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Costs and coverage

Any figures shown on this site, or given to you by us, are indicative starting points based on typical cases. They are not quotes. The final cost is set by the provider, and whether your insurer pays is always the insurer’s decision, subject to your policy, your declarations and their approval.

Specialists and providers

Specialists, clinics and hospitals are independent of Medical GPS. We do not control their availability, their fees, their clinical judgement or the outcome of your care. Your treatment relationship is with them, not with us.

Using the site

You agree to give accurate information in the enquiry form and not to use the site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to attempt to disrupt it. The text, design and images on this site belong to Medical GPS; please do not reproduce them without permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and to reply to enquiries within one working day, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided as it is.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Medical GPS is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from a provider’s acts or omissions, or from an insurer’s coverage decision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
